PROPERTY PROFILE
In a collaborative effort between BRIDGE and the City of Santa Rosa, 6.16 acres of surplus industrial lands within the existing Northpoint Business Park were redesignated as high-density multi-family, allowing the development of affordable housing. BRIDGE worked extensively with the business park tenants to ensure the design and circulation pattern of the expanded development worked well for both residential and commercial tenants. The affordable apartments serve families unable to find housing in Sonoma County’s extremely tight rental market.
